With your email confirmation, proceed directly to the box office. A government-issued photo ID is required at time of pick-up. Tickets are available for pick up 1 hour after the order has been placed but must be picked up at the Rat Pack is Back Box Office inside the Plaza Hotel & Casino NO LATER THAN 60 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. TICKETS INCLUDING DINNER MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 120 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. Tickets not picked up by this time will be forfeited. Forfeited tickets are non-refundable. You must take the email confirmation, which contains your unique confirmation code, to the Rat Pack is Back Box Office to exchange for show tickets. The Copa Showroom is a nonsmoking venue. Smoking is not permitted in the theatre. The dress code is casual. Cut-offs, tank tops or beach wear are not permitted.
